At One Earth Foods, Shavina Ali and her staff meticulously prepare their food with love and attention to detail. She understands that food is the centrepiece of any gathering.

Shavina has always been passionate about food. Coming from a multi – cultural family she grew up preparing traditional Middle Eastern, Indian and Pacific Island Cuisine before coming to Australia.  Shavina has skilfully combined her Traditional dishes with Western Cuisine to create her own unique style.

One Earth Foods offer something different. Shavina’s use of herbs and spices makes Wholesome Food flavour filled and stylish, ideal for Private Parties and Gatherings, Corporate Seminars, Training Events, Conferences or Parties.  

One Earth operate out of Rockdale in Sydneys Southern Suburbs and Willoughby on Sydney’s North Shore. We  deliver everywhere in Sydney from Cremorne and Mosman on Sydneys North to Paddington and Bondi in the Eastern Suburbs, Newtown to Bankstown in the West and Sans Souci to Cronulla in our South. .

One Earth specialises in Allergen Free Catering. We supply a large range of Fantastic Gluten, Dairy and Sugar Free Finger Foods, Main Courses and Delicious Sweets.   
 

Organic food for schools and kids parties

 

We provide healthy and tasty food options designed specifically for Children’s parties and school menus using Organic Fruit and Vegetables.

Our menu is based on The Healthy Eating Programme recommended by Nutrition Australia.

“Children who eat food made with fresh unprocessed ingredients have better concentration and attention spans, a reduction in hyperactivity, calmer and more alert behaviour in class and an increased capacity to learn” according to a report by the UK Soil Association in 2004.

Compared to Europe Australia has been slow to incorporate Healthy, Unprocessed Food into our school canteens. Italian Schools have been required to offer Organic Food since 2000 and as of 2008 schools in The United Kingdom will be required to offer Organic food options where possible.

For the benefit of our Kids we need to incorporate Wholesome Unprocessed Organic Food options into their diets wherever possible.

 

Halal food

All of the produce we use is Halal Certified with Halal Compliance Certification.
All of our food is prepared in Accordance with Halal Standards and Practices. We are Accredited with Halal Compliance Certification from Halal Australia. 

 

Halal Catering has become a major part of our business, we have supplied numerous Corporations, Government Departments and an International Hotel Group with Halal food for visiting overseas delegations.

Food safety

One Earth uses ‘Foodcheck” a Food Safety Monitoring Programme for Food Retailers and Caterers.
As a member of Foodcheck we are monitored and hygiene audited regularly to ensure our food and food preparation are of the highest standard.
